Quantcast 2010 Detroit Pistons: Pistons fire Head Coach

Rodney Stuckey Hopitalized Friday Night

Pistons’ guard Rodney Stuckey was hospitalized last night after feeling dizzy and disoriented during the third quarter against the Cleveland Cavaliers.  It seemed Stuckey was having a seizure, which shortly rendered him unconscious.

Stuckey quickly received medical attention and was taken off on a stretcher.  As he was taken off the court, Stuckey’s eyes were closed.  He did not give the usual thumbs up most players usually do to indicate they are okay.  It was a scary scene to say the least.

There is good news to this story today, though.  Stuckey was released from the hospital today.  All tests came back normal and doctors are very optimistic about Stuckey’s incident.  There is no timetable on Stuckey’s return to the court.
